Our warranty guarantees that our retractable banners are free from defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. It is our promise that we will refund, repair or replace the product if it does not meet expectations within the first six months. This includes coverage for mechanical failure of internal retraction based on normal use. Damage due to accidents, misuse or improper storage is not covered in this warranty.
